Information we may collect from you
The Daily Sparkle will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your email address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Identity: name, title, job title, date of birth, gender.
Contact: billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers.
Transaction data: details about payments to and from you, and details of products and/or services which you have purchased from us.
Technical data: IP address. Browser type and version, Time zone setting and location, browser plug in types and version, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website and services.
Profile data: purchases or orders made by you, preferences, occupation, feedback, survey responses.
Usage data: information about how you use our website and Daily Sparkle App, products and services.
Marketing and communications data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site and the Daily Sparkle App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site and the Daily Sparkle App, subscribing to our service, booking onto our training, signing up to our free trial, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Site and our App.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of transactions you carry out through our Site and the Daily Sparkle App and of the fulfilment of your orders.

If you subscribe to The Daily Sparkle or place an order through www.dailysparkle.co.uk we will ask you for your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. Depending on your payment method you may also provide your credit/debit card details or bank details. We use this information to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. All archived credit card and bank information is maintained in secure and safe systems. Telephone numbers and email addresses are used to contact you regarding your order or subscription. Email addresses and postal addresses are also used to send Daily Sparkles materials. In addition, when you respond to a competition, survey, questionnaire or other promotional feature, we may ask you for your name, address and email address or other personal information. We do not collect any personal information about you unless it is voluntarily provided by you.
We may also collect, use and share aggregated data. Aggregated data is statistical or demographic data that may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data as this data does not reveal your identity. For instance, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the number or percentage of customers accessing a specific website or App feature or resource. If aggregated data is combined with personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identity you, we treat this as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you, such as race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, health information or genetic data. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and/or offences.
